Group Sales at Opera Carolina

Whether you are planning a night out on the town with friends, have an event to plan for your organization, or want to entertain business clients; attending a production by Opera Carolina will give your outing a special flair.

Attending as a Group is Easy!

Step 1
Form a group of 10 or more to save 10% off regular ticket prices. Plus, receive a free ticket for every 10 purchased!
Step 2
Contact the Group Sales Associate, Anderea Dock, 704.332.7177 ext. 209.
Step 3
Select a date for the show you are interested in attending.
Step 4
Decide how many seats you would like to purchase and which section(s) you would prefer.
Step 5
Once you received the group order form via fax or email, simply review, sign, and return it the group order form with payment to Opera Carolina Group Sales (Two Wachovia Center; 301 S. Tryon Street, Suite 1550; Charlotte, NC 28282)

Opera Carolina has many resources available to you and your group including free season preview CDs for your group to enjoy, free opera previews throughout the community leading up to every performance, and the opportunity to host your own opera preview exclusively for your group!

Reservation Privileges

All groups have access to the best available seats in the Belk Theater. We also allow groups to sit in different locations throughout the theater to accommodate the various budgets of those attending.

Group Sales Agreement

You will receive a Group Sale Agreement after you complete your reservation. The agreement must be returned by the agreed upon "due date" with a 20% non-refundable deposit. (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and checks are accepted.)

  • Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to the performance.
  • Tickets will be released without notice if final payment is not received by due date.
  • Once final payment is received there are no refunds or exchanges.
  • Processing fees may apply.
  • For tickets ordered within 4 weeks of the show, full payment is due at the time the order is placed.
  • Additional Tickets—Tickets may be added to your order after final payment is made. The discounted group rate applies to your additional tickets as well. Seating is based on availability.
