Opera Carolina singers bust out into song in the Arts & Science Council's first Random Act of Culture program at Atherton Market on South Boulevard. The ASC received a $30,000 grant from the Knight Foundation to "showcase the area's cultural vibrancy by creating a series of public 'random acts of culture."
