The evening will begin with a special On Stage tour (on the set of Il Trovatore) with an exclusive opera preview. Dinner will follow at Blue Restaurant & Bar. Subscriber Dinner Menu Salad Tega Hills Farm Mixed Greens Salad With a pistachio touille and goat cheese boursin, roasted tomatoes and a banyuls vinaigrette. Choice of Entrée Steak alla Edoardo Grilled and served with an aged balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, garlic-sautéed butterbeans and olive oil-crushed new potatoes. Mushroom Bolognese Mixed chopped forest mushrooms slow-cooked with diced vegetables and tomatoes over pacherri pasta. Oven Roasted Salmon over a spinach orzo with artichokes and tomatoes. Dessert Choice Lemon Tart Lemon curd in a crisp tart shell. Finished with a blueberry-port reduction, fresh blueberries and whipped cream. Almond-Brown Butter Cake Accompanied by fresh peach, spiced red wine syrup and a crisp almond tuile. Corsican Style Cheesecake Ricotta cheesecake with a pine nut crust. Served with fresh mint and cherry preserves.
