The Charlotte City Club will help celebrate the brilliance of Puccini’s La Bohème with an exquisite dinner prior to the Thursday, January 28th performance at the Belk Theater. This special dinner will offer a three-course meal and one Grand Tier ticket for La Bohème (1/28 performance). The menu selection is as follows (select one from each course): Soups, Salads, & Appetizers (select one) Butternut Squash Bisque French Onion Soup Gratinee with herbed croutons, melted swiss cheese Classic Caesar Salad with parmesan, garlic, anchovy olive oil, lemon & black pepper Field Greens Salad with a citrus and extra virgin olive oil vinaigrette Entrees (select one) Pan Fried Carolina Lump Crabcakes served with grilled vegetables, roasted corn, chipotle vinaigrette Seared Scottish Salmon served with roasted acorn squash, haricots verts, saffron consommé, chili oil Pan Seared Mahi mahi served with barley & wheatberry risotto, citrus confit, salsa veracruzana Pan Roasted Breast of Chicken served with roasted corn polenta cake, swiss chard, portabella mushroom, black truffle vinaigrette Grilled 6 oz. Angus Filet Mignon served with roasted yukon gold potatoes, shiitake mushrooms, haricots verts, shiraz jus Dessert (select one) Your choice of the evening’s dessert selection. This event is open to members and non-members of the Charlotte City Club. If you have already purchased an La Bohème ticket for the Thursday performance, the cost to dine at the Charlotte City Club is $25.00* per person plus tax and gratuity. If you have not purchased your ticket, the cost will be $85* and will include the three-course meal and one ticket in the Grand Tier section.
