Event description: Blue Restaurant & Bar will offer an exquisite dinner prior to the Thursday, October 18th performance of Tosca at the Belk Theater.

Blue Restaurant is offering a three-course menu for only $34.95* per person (excludes tax, gratuity and beverages).

Opera Dinner Menu

Choice of Salad or Appetizer:
Arrancini
Risotto balls stuffed with pancetta, sweet onions and
mozzarella fried crispy and served with a rich tomato sauce.

Tega Hills Mixed Greens Salad
Pistachio tuile and goat cheese boursin, roasted tomatoes
and a Banyuls vinaigrette.

Choice of Entrees:
Grilled C.A.B. Hanger Steak
Certified Angus Beef hanger steak over Romesco
seasoned roasted fingerlings and charred spring onions
topped with salsa verde and a Tempranillo jus.

Grilled Swordfish
Over a citrus cous cous, topped with an heirloom tomato
and niçoise olive sauce vierge.

Mushroom Bolognese
Mixed chopped forest mushrooms slow-cooked with
diced vegetables and tomatoes over pacherri pasta.
