Event description: Blue Restaurant & Bar will offer an exquisite dinner prior to the Thursday, March 22nd performance of Eugene Onegin at the Belk Theater.

Blue Restaurant is offering a three-course menu for only $34.95* per person (excludes tax, gratuity and beverages).

Creamy Mixed Mushroom and Duck Confit Soup
with chive oil

Tega Hills Mixed Greens Salad
Pistachio tuile and goat cheese boursin, roasted tomatoes
and a Banyuls vinaigrette.

Flatbread with Pepperonata Agrodolce and Spicy Sausage
with tomato and parmesan

CAB flat iron rubbed with ras el hanout over roasted tomato and olive crushed potatoes and charmoula glazed carrots

Over lobster and ricotta crespelle with wilted spinach and a chardonnay beurre blanc

Slow Cooked Lamb Ragu
Over house made pappardelle pasta with fresh ricotta and mint
