Event description: Blue Restaurant & Bar will offer an exquisite dinner prior to the Thursday, October 20th performance of at the Belk Theater.

Blue Restaurant is offering a three-course menu for only $34.95* per person (excludes tax, gratuity and beverages).

Opera Dinner Menu

Choice of Soup, Salad or Appetizer
Yellow Tomato Gazpacho
with crisp summer vegetables and cilantro oil

Tega Hills Mixed Greens Salad
Pistachio tuile and goat cheese boursin, roasted tomatoes and a Banyuls vinaigrette

Duck Sausage and Rapini Flat Bread
Crisp flatbread topped with house made duck sausage, rapini, herb goat cheese, and mozzarella.

Choice of Entrees:

Pork Milanese with Local Heirloom Tomatoes
Pork cutlets and heirloom tomatoes sautéed with garlic and butter. Finished with fresh herbs, rapini and pomegranate molasses.

Grilled Ashley Farm’s Half Chicken with a Panzanella Salad
Garlic and herb marinated chicken over a tomato and focaccia salad.

Mushroom Bolognese
Mixed chopped forest mushrooms slow-cooked with diced vegetables and tomatoes over pacherri pasta.

Grilled CAB Flat Iron Steak and Piquillo Pepper Confit
Over a Manchego cheese and Yukon gold potato Spanish tortilla.
