Event description: Blue Restaurant & Bar will offer an exquisite dinner prior to the Saturday, May 14th performance of HMS Pinafore at the Belk Theater.

Choice of Salad:
Tega Hills Farm Mixed Greens Salad
With a pistachio tuile and goat cheese boursin, roasted tomatoes and a banyuls vinaigrette.

Mediterranean Salad
Chopped romaine and crisp vegetables with olives, peppadew peppers and quail eggs tossed with a creamy lemon parmesan dressing and served with crisp herb lavash.

Choice of Entree:
Grilled Hangar Steak and Short Rib Ragu
With a potato parsley puree and glazed baby carrots.

Mushroom Bolognese
Mixed chopped forest mushrooms slow-cooked with diced vegetables and tomatoes over pacherri pasta.

Pappardelle Pasta with Sausage, Mushrooms and Radicchio
Wide noodles tossed with spicy Italian sausage, mixed mushrooms and a radicchio pesto.

Choice of Dessert:
Pistachio and Roasted Pear Baklava
With cardamon and saffron mascarpone.

Single Origin Dark Chocolate Mousse
With a caramel feuilletine and liquid peanut butter.

Black Bottom Pecan Pie
With vanilla ice cream and a Knob Creek Bourbon sauce.

Crème Catalana
A traditional orange flavored Spanish custard with a caramelized sugar crust.
