Mozart’s hilarious comedy, The School for Lovers, takes the art of romance to new flirtatious heights. Two young men, Ferrando and Guglielmo, boast that their fiancées will be eternally faithful. An elderly cynic, Don Alfonso, makes them a little bet – under the right circumstances, their fiancées will gladly pick new lovers. They accept the wager and the fun and games begin. Absent from the Opera Carolina stage for twenty years, Così fan tutte makes its triumphant return in a brilliant new staging by acclaimed director Bernard Uzan.
