Student Night at the Opera

Overview

Opera Carolina invites regional students and chaperones to Student Night at the Opera for the 2007/2008 mainstage productions. Held on Tuesday night prior to the opening performance, the community is encouraged to take advantage of this popular event. As one participant stated:

“I think this has been a wonderful experience. My 10 year old has fallen in love with opera. Because of [Student Night], we will be opera lovers forever!”

Pass Pricing

Early Bird Passes

• Passes purchased two weeks prior to the Student Night performance.
• Early bird payments must be in either cash or check.
• Students — $4.00 each
• Adults — $8.00 each

Regular Price Passes

• Passes purchased within the two weeks prior to the Student Night performances.
• Regular price payments must be made over the phone with a credit card.
• Students — $6.00 each
• Adults — $10.00 each

All Student Night performances are held in the Belk Theater at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center.
